Organized by R.H.L Productions, the Inner Ear Concert Series presents sound art that exists only on the periphery of the recording industry.

The opening act, Illusion of Safety was started by sound artist Dan Burke and presents an ever-changing selection of musicians. Defying clear categorization, Illusion of Safety?s work references a wide array of musical styles, ranging from industrial, music concrete and beat electronic to ambient. Since the early 1980?s, Jeff Greinke has produced unique sound scapes that create enveloping environments that seem to shift and slide yet remain still. Catch phrases like ?ambient? only hint at the alien yet beautiful sonic experience that Greinke creates via synthesizer, sampler and other means. Audiences will not only refresh their senses of hearing at out Inner Ear concert Series, but will also have a chance to win some free music give aways at the concert.
