In their lives and in their music, theses young artist deal with issues of feeling invisible, then becoming visible, of facing racism then dealing with racism, of discovering Desi Sex, of sexism, of role models and no role models, of blaming, of heritage, politics, history, confronted head on in this fascinating video made by one of Chicago's own. Proceeded by Kip Fulbeck?s provocative Some Questions for 28 kisses (1994, 9 min., video), which explores the ways in which Asian identities are constructed in American society.
