Neon Street is a daytime drop-in center offering young people under 21 safe refuge from the streets. Ongoing programs include tutoring, substance abuse and AIDS prevention, individual and group counseling programs. Tonight members of the ""Voices of Neon Street"" will read various selections from previous works. Join YCA the second and fourth Tuesday throughout the school year. Student groups are encouraged to attend all YCA events.
