Wormwod is an experimental music trio using traditional and created instruments, amplified objects and natural sounds to evoke dark and psychologically affecting soundscapes. Calling on their extensive experience as musicians/sound artists this trio seeks to confound the distinctions between music and "noise," concert and immersion - exploring a theater of sound; music to be seen in the dark. For two nights only Wormwood will present The Indifferent Immensity of the Natural World, a special All Hallows concert/performance. It will combine the trio's soundworks with elements of performance, stagecraft and special multiphonic stereo. Bathed in Wormwood's dark green humor, The Indifferent Immensity...will transport its audience through sonic landscapes and silent narratives.
