Chicago Filmmakers is proud to host this year?s Festival of Illinois Film and Video Artists.

Since 1975 the Festival has supported and exhibited work which falls outside the range of commercial production by taking a special interest in emerging artists and the unique short form. In recognition of 20 years, this year?s festival will recognize the achievements of past winners.
