Luis Rodriguez leads the workshop that will spend three years working with young writers to develop writing techniques in the areas of poetry, fiction, non fiction, and performance.

The workshop aims to develop a new generation of young writers by providing them with the creative tools to have an impact on the world of literature and writing beyond the time frame of this project. The project is funded by the Lila Wallace Readers Digest Fund.
